Get Your Play Pass: After sign-up, you will receive a welcome email with your digital Play Pass. Click on the "Membership Card" attachment & add the QR code to your Apple or Android wallet for easy sign-in access!

WHERE DO I ACCESS MY PLAY PASS AFTER SIGNING UP?After signing up for the Play Pass, you will receive a welcome email. Click on your personalised Play Pass provided in your welcome email & add it to your Apple or Android Wallet for easy sign-in access to any Play Pass location your package provides!

WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR PLAY PASS?Play Pass by Teigh provides kids and their families with endless opportunities to learn, grow and stay active. With an abundance of playground and activity centers to chose from, families have new experiences and cost-savings at their fingertips!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLAY PASS SUBSCRIPTION?Simple! Access your Play Pass membership page & visit your membership subscription details. Click "Cancel Membership" to begin the process & once completed, you will receive an email notifying you of your membership cancellation.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
